How to Register as a New Parishioner
at St. Therese
To register at St. Therese, a Parish Registration Form needs to be completed. These forms are available online (in the "Documents" section on this page), in the Parish Office, or at the Welcome Desk located in the Narthex of the Church. If you would like to use the online form, you can either print the form and write in your information, or you can type in your information and print the completed form.
Important Note: You cannot save data typed into this form, so you will need to print your completed form to turn it in to the Parish Office. When you complete the registration form and return it to the office, the information will be put into our system. Once activated, you will begin receiving offertory envelopes and the Catholic News Herald. Please pick up a Welcome Packet at the Welcome Desk at your convenience. You may also view the materials in the Welcome Packet, the St. Therese Parish Handbook and the Parish Contacts List, online at http://www.sainttherese.net/parish-handbook-and-contacts-list. These will provide you with descriptions and contact information for the various organizations and ministry opportunities available to you at our parish.

Are You a Member of the Parish?
“Active” membership at a parish enables a person to be eligible to sponsor a child for baptism, to receive financial aid for Catholic education, to be married in the parish and to prepare one’s children for the Sacraments. To be an “active” member is to participate in the life of prayer and stewardship in the parish. All adults over the age of 21, living with their parents or on their own, must register in the parish to be considered members. The use of the offering envelopes and honoring pledges made to the new church building campaign are ways that an individual develops a history of sharing treasure with the parish. Participating in one or more of the ministries offered by the parish is proof of the sharing of time and talent for the greater good of the parish community. If you are not registered with our parish, please pick up a registration form from the bin on the wall in the Narthex, or print one from our website. If you have any questions, please feel free to call the parish office during regular business hours and we will be happy to help you.
Welcome Events!
As a new parishioner, we are happy to invite you to our newcomer welcome events! Held at various times throughout the year, our goal is to provide an opportunity for newcomers to meet some of our parishioners, staff and priests while enjoying fellowship with one another. The date for the next newcomer welcome event will announced in the bulletin and on the website on the Welcome Committee page. We look forward to meeting you!
